Lashyna I. The after-operation intensive therapy and abdominal immunomodulation of sick with the wide-spread peritonitis (experimental-clinical research)

The dissertation is devoted to the problems of intensive care of the wide-spread peritonitis. In conditions of the experiment and clinic was made a careful study of state of local anti-infections protection and immunity reaction of abdominal cavity with the wide-spread peritonitis. It was brought to right that oppression of phagocytary and fermentative activity of peritonial macrophages happens, the level of cellular and humoral factors of immunity lowers. It was based, worked-out and employed the way of orientative correction of breaches, which were brought to light. It was proved, that application of given way raises the efficiency of the adter-operation intensive therapy of given sick. For sure, the level of the endotoxicosis lowers, the bacterial view of abdominal cavity changes. Lethality was lowered by 10%, when the given way was employed, duration of treatment - by 3,5 days being compared with generally accepted therapy.
