The Thesis is devoted to the research of peculiarities of using laparoscopic methods, biohemosorption in the treatment of patients with mechanical jaundice of benign genesis complicated by acute hepatic insufficiency. 273 animals were used in the experiment. The effects of the treatment of 79 patients were demonstrated. On the basis of the obtained results an efficient treatment tactics for patients with mechanical jaundice of benign genesis complicated by hepatic insufficiency has been developed.
