The original method of the terminal lateral ileotransversoanastomosis, functionally working as native ileocaecum is proposed here. Comparative functional evacuation of the proposed anastomosis has been made using the mathematics analysis. Comparative clinical evacuation of this method compared to traditional method of the anastomosis has been made before.
