Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the problem of curing Crohn's disease of small and large bowel. The puppose of this research was to study the effectiveness of various form of budesonide, and propose a medical management for treating Crohn's disease. It was shown that the use of highly effective medicines for treating Crohn's disease minimizes the indications for surgery, and use of the CDAI leads to the optimal choice of medical approach. The use of this medical management in clinical practice led to an improvement in surgical result.
