Andrianova V. The role of human capital's reproduction in the economics of agriculture in the Crimea and the ways of perfecting

Object of research: Labour resources of the Cremea and its administrative regions and of ten production type farms which are typical for this region according to their agricultural and husbandry systems are the objects of research. Researches Aim: The aim of researches is scientific foundation and realizing of agricultural human capital resources. Practical significance of results got: Practical significance of the results got is the following: the category of human capital has been determined and problems of its reproduction have been defined, methodical approaches in calculation of human capital in agriculture of the Crimea have been grounded, the analysis of effectiveness of human capital's ussage in agriculture of the Crimea has been made, the economic role of trade-union organizations in preservation and reproduction of human capital has been determined, the form of human capital's management of agricultural enterprises and the system of raising labour payment in net price agricultural productionh ave been recommended.
