The dissertation is devoted to a substantiation of application ultrasonic inhalation of Lipin and dot massage in early rehabilitation newborn with hypoxic-ischemic by a defeat of central nervous system. Through a complex of modem methods of diagnostics the new items of information on a role of processes of lipid peroxidation, infringements of energy ways, changes of methabolic frustration and immunologic disturbanses in pathogenetic of disease are received. The developed system of early rehabilitation of newborn patients with hypoxic-ischemic by a defeat of central nervous system are inherent expressed antihypoxidativ and antioxidantiv effects, and protectiv and immunocorrecting action. We have worked out differential rehabilitation programs by using physical factors (ultrasonic inhalation of Lipin and the dot massage) which allow to positive psyscho-motive and speech development of children, improves of a general condition of health, reduces infectious diseases, reduces frequency of complications at c hildren of the first year of life.
