The main statements of the dissertation include comparative analysis of clinical, instrumental, biochemical, immunological and statistic indices in patients with different forms of chronic pancreatitis and their changes under the influence of Polyana-Kupil mineral water intake in a form of monotherapy and in combination with sine wave modular currents. currents. It was revealed for the first time, that complex spatreatment including carbonic-acid middlemineralized hydrocarbonate sodium mineral water leads to the decreasing of lipids peroxidation products and increasing of peroxidasae, ceruloplasmin and transferrin levels in patients with chronic pancreatitis. The received results allow wide application of echo-graphic investigations, study of lipid peroxide peroxidation state, antioxidant protection, nonspecific immune reactivity of the organism for evaluation of spa-rehabilitation effectiveness in patients with chronic pancreatitis. Complex differential course of spa-treatment using carbonic-acid mid dlemineralized hydrocarbonate sodium mineral water Polyana-Kupil has a positive effect on patients with chronic pancreatitis. The best result was revealed in patients with chronic pancreatitis who received the treatment complex N 2.
