Essay

The dissertation deals with experimental clinical basis of glucamin amplipulsephoresis in medical rehabilitation of the patients with osteoartrosis. New findings about electrophoresis characteristics of the chondopro-tector group preparation characteristics have been received and high effectiveness of glucamin-electrophoretic application has been proved. New data about improvement of therapeutic effect of pelotherapy possibilities and expansion of its application due to glucamin-amplipulsephoresis introduction into complex treatment have been received. It has been proved that microcirculation of the joint tissue is considerably improved, the activity of PLO (Peroxidal Lipoids' Oxidation) is normalized ; the power of anitioxidant system collagen and glicozaminoglican synthesis is increased. The advantages of glucamin - amplipulsephoresis in the complex rehabilitaion of the patients with 2-nd and 3-nd stage of osteoartrosis have been demonstrated on th e basis of clinic functional data received , immediate and removed results of the treatment.
