Essay

The thesis deals with a clinical pathogenetic grounding of use of rehabilitation system developed for mud cure of patients suffering from rheumatoid artritis, said system including various kinds of pelotherapy, other physical factors, and antirheumatoid preparations. An essential advantace of the therapeutic system involving a point electrophoresis of apidimex curing mixture, a stimulation by using electrophoresis with fangotherapy, application of mud, special therapeutic exercises in accordace with clinical, instrumental and immunological research and taking into account subseguent results of treatment. Basic results of the work have found an application at sanatoria and health resorts.
