172 ICU case records and clinical and laboratorial data of 94 patients with adult respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS) were the basis of this work. Unificated clinical and laboratorial methods have utilized. The aim of this work is the improvement of therapy results in patients with ARDS by means of elaboration of intensive care methods with aimed lymphotropic proteinases introduction (ALPI) application. The method of ALPI is grounded, clinical and laboratory data dynamics in patients with ARDS, who gate the ALPI, is described. The criteria of administration and effectiveness monitoring for this method are indicated. The grate contingent of critically ill patients who have lung pathology with mechanism similar to ARDS is revealed. The positive effect of ALPI on the surviveness of the patients with isolated ARDS is proved. The fatality rate in patients with the isolated ARDS is decreased from 69.7 to 7.69 % in consequence of the ALPI application in the intensive care complex in the patients with the is olated ARDSThe results of the study have incalculated in 5 Donetsk ISU.
