Essay

The dissertation is devoted to improvement of therapy methods at newborns and early age children with atopic dermatitis. There is established the basic laws of immune status and system lypoperoxidation changes at specified age children with atopic dermatitis. The most informative parameters describing weight and duration of skin process are revealed. In view of the founded changes there are developed and aprobated a method of complex treatment of the atopic dermatitis using immunomodulator bacplan and membranostabilisator ketotifen. The expressed clinical efficiency, increase of remission duration, both reduction of number and degree of relapses at joint application of bacplan and ketotifen is shown.
