Essay

It was determine, that IDA among pregnant is a final stage of iron meta-bolism indemnification after conception. There is an Iron Deficient status (Pre-anаemia - empty of the iron stores) be-fore developing of anaemia, which is de-termined by SF decreasing lower than 40-50 mkg/l. For preventing IDA in first trimester, using of organic Iron - Ferrous Gluconate (Totema) was more efficient than nonorganic Iron-Fer-rous Sul-phate (Aktiferrin) after detecting of Iron Deficient status and after studies of ecological and social risk factors.
