The correlation between echographic, dopplerometrik and endocrinologic indices in women with pyelonephritis of various etiology residing under different ecological conditions was established. It permitted to enrich available date about the pathogenesis of fetoplacental insufficiency and to give a scientific substantiation of using the complex of diagnostic and treatment-and-prophylactic measures taking into account the etiology of pyelonephritis and ecological conditions of residence zone. The optimum variant of fetoplacental insufficiency correction in pregnants with pyelonephritis was proposed.
