3. Об'єкт дослідження - Remedial, organizational and tactical bases of interrogation at the present stage of struggle with criminality. Мета дослідження - Definition(determination) of directions and methods of maintenance of correspondence of remedial, organisational and tactical bases of interrogation to conditions and problems of struggle with criminality at the present stage and development of the offers concerning their further improvement. Методи дослідження і апаратура - a) panscintific (system, logic-legal, comparably-legal); b) part-scientific (psyhological, logical, extrapolation, simulation); c) concrete-sociological (interviewing, learning of criminal cases); d) statistical (observation, report, classification, analysis, correlation, functional). Теоретичні результати і новизна - the stated theoretical position can serve as scientific base for precise delimitation of organiztional and tactical aspects of preparation and realisation investigations activity. Практичні результати і новизна - C onclusions and the recommendations can be used in educational process, and also concerning rationalisation of a preliminary consequence (first of all from problems of interrogation) can be used for want of to preparation of the new crime procedure legislation. Предмет і ступінь впровадження - the methodical recommendations are used in educational process in educational establishments of internal affairs of Ukraine and inspectors, are directed in GSU of internal affairs of Ukraine.
