Mathematical model of evaluation of time parameters of FDDI-II is offered, which allows in comparison with well-known analytical models to take into account more the peculiarity of this standard. A new procedure of realization of FDDI-II protocol, based on mechanism of token early release is offered. On the base of analysis of well-known access methods, a combined method of access to network with bus topoligy is offered and well- founded, which allows to rise service level of multimedial data transmission without redu cing data traffic. And also a new way of evaluation of exact values of lower and upper bounds of packets delay in tree networks with CSMA/CD protocol and wide band of request arrival rates.
