FEDChUK V. Clinical and epidemiological characteristic of family forms of urogenital chlamydiosis in conditions of the Odessa region (diagnostics, treatment, prophylaxis).

The manuscript of the dissertation containing the data on complex inspection of 588 sexual and close household contacts of the workers of sea transport, patients with chlamydial infection is protected. The features epi-demyology, clinic and current urogenital chlamydiosis at the given social group are revealed. The immunological changes are submitted at chlamydial infection. The characteristic to the generated family forms chlamydial infection is given. Are described pathomorfology of feature chlamydial infection at 125 lost children. The new original way of diag-nostics Chlamydial trachomatis, raising opportunities of its laboratory di-agnostics is offered. The complex method of therapy chlamydial infection at the women allowing to lower risk of medicamental complications and, accordingly, raising efficiency of spent treatment is developed. The advisable preventive measures include sanitary - educational work, personal prophylaxis, and also necessity of inspection of all members of family of the patie nt with chlamydial infection, first of all of pregnant women, for the prevention of development it at growing up generation.
