3.The object of investigation: agriculture enterprises, the questions of increase of an economic efficiency of production and providing of competitiveness in conditions of market economy The aim of investigation: learning of a question of scientific production development in an agriculture and creation of economic conditions and mechanisms of its operation by long-term international industrial cooperation, substantiation of the offers on saturation of the agricultural enterprises by it as the one of major directions on overcoming the crisis phenomena in an agriculture of Ukraine. The main methods: it was used monographic, calculative and constructive, statistical and economical, system and comparative analysis and other. Theoretical and practical results: the offers of the study have been directed at the creation and development of knowledge-intensive production in an agrarian sphere of Ukraine, development long-term international production cooperation basing on the joint activity, engineering, tha t determined the output increasing of agricultural production for processing in real economic conditions and increased the competitiveness and profitability of agricultural enterprises. The scientific novelty: of researches is, that the theoretical bases and methodical principles of knowledge-intensive production in an agriculture are justified, and also the conceptual bases both priorities of its development and efficiency of highly technological production with allowance of problems of economic safety of the state are determined. The level of inculcate: the major elements of long-term international industrial cooperation are introduced in the Kherson trade marine port, Kherson (production of export grain elevator), limited company "Libid " of Korsun - Shevchenko region, Cherkassy area and in others. There are tens projects on the basis of international industrial cooperation with attraction of the for-eign investments that are developed and introduced into practice in Russia, countries of Central Asia, in Y ugoslavia, in Ukraine. The effectiveness: it is reduce capital investments to a construction of the object twice. The sphere of use: the agricultural economics.
