The paper presnted deals with the problems of early diagnosis and surgical treatment of patients with nonclostrideal anaerobic cholangitis. A new original methods for early determination, compound diagnostical algorithm and methods of treatment of purulent nonclostrideal cholangitis. The promotion of the developed methods made it possible to improve the immediate and remote treatment. decrease a number of cases of postoperativ complications and mortality, to reduse the time of disability as well as to improve the social rehabilitation of this group of patients
