Dissertation is devoted to the problem of further investigation of pathogenic peculiarities of late gestosys of pregnants regarding to immunological, biochemical and microhaemodynamical disorders in their interconnection and pathogenic substantiation of including of antioxidant complex, enterosorbents and immunomodulators to the complex treatment of this contingent of pregnants. Clinical criteria of including pregnants to the risk-group regarding to development of gestosys has been improved; role of autoimmune and immunocomplex reactions, endogenous intoxication syndrome has been established in the pathogenesis of gestosys. The recommendations for application of the specified complex of preparation, determination of their effectiveness and for the prognostication of the gestosys current were given.
