Essay

Threshold of nitrogen dioxide level, by which form of N- nitrosamines in air environment is possible, is obtained. Carcinogenic danger of combine act of NA precursors (amidopyrine, sodium nitrite, nitrogen dioxide) which is displayed in induction of malignant and non-malignant neoplasm is shown. Population risk of neoplasm development is calculated with help of the experimental data. Method of priority N-nitrosamine in air environment determination is developed.
