Essay

System of complex appraisal of polyorganic pathology in patients with syndrom of endotoxicosis was proposed. Particularity of polyorganic insufficiency were studied in patients with hepatic deseases. Effectivity of methods of extracorporal detoxications (carbo-hemoperfusion on biospecifical DNA- bearing adsorbents and therapeutic plasmapheresis ) was investigated in laboratry and clinical researches. Program of transfusional-detoxicational therapy of syndrom of endotoxicosis with using methods of extracorporal detoxication were reccomended to medical practice.
