The dissertation is devoted to the connective tissue state at the late gestosis, if being evaluated in accordance with the content in the blood and excretion with urine and saliva of monomers, included in ist composition. The thesis on the increase of components' disintegration of the main connective tissue substanct in pregnant women with late gtstosis has been grounded. The new method of gestosis and pregestosis diagnosing due to the evaluation of the hexuronical acids' level in urine excretion has been developed. The improvement of the late gestosis treatment has been proposed.
