On the basis of clinic and morphological comparisons the choice of a standard complex of diagnostic inspection is reasonable at surgical diseases TG. The standard complex of inspection is based on an original way of visualization TG. Projection of the TG in system of topographical coordinates including on a forward surface of a neck in real scale allows evidently to plan operative intervention. Is specified on expediency of use, at surgical diseases TG, standard card of dynamic supervision.
