The complex clinical and laboratory investigation of the pregnant women with an acute (69) and chronic (58) pyelonephritis, and also 30 healthy pregnant and 15 nonpregnant women was conducted with the purpose of clearing up of a role of an immune homeostasis, lipids peroxidation and activity of antioxydant protective system in a pathogeny of gestational pyelonephritis and rising of therapy's efficiency. By means of clinical, laboratory, ultrasonic, immunological researches, radioimmunological research of hormones content and hormonal colpocytology was determined, that the violations of immune status, lipids peroxidation and of the antioxydant protective system have essential value in evaluation of pathogeny features of gestational pyelonephritis, differentiated approach to realization of a complex treatment and preventive measures and forecasting of pregnancy completion. In practice of obstetrical establishments of. Kharkov the new drug - Skutex was introduced which promotes to normalization of immune violations, inhibits lipids peroxidation, normalizes functional activity of the antioxidant protective system, that reduces amount of perynatal losses with gestational pyelonephritis.
