Research Object: patients with endometriosis of III-IV degree. Research Aim: to increase treatment efficacy of patients with endometriosis of III-IV degree by differential use of laparoscopic surgical treatment and its combination with agonists of gonadotropin-realising hormone. Research Methods: clinical, statistic, echographic, endoscopic. Theoretical results and innovation: there was studied the condition of the endocrine and immune systems of patients with endometriosis of III-IV degree. Practical results and their innovation: there was worked out a technique of differential approade to application of laparoscopic and combined methods of treatment. Object and inculcation degree: publications, reports at the professional conferences, symposiums, congresses. Inculcation Sphere: gynaecology.
