Artemenko G. Diagnostics and treatment of fetoplacental insufficiency at pregnant woman with preeclampsia and аnemia.

Object of research - pregnant women with fetoplacental insufficiency superimposed on preeclampsia and anemia. The aim of work - was to study of morphophunctional features of placenta in cases fetoplacental insufficiency of various origin and to develop pathogenetic therapy. Methods: cardiotokography, mesurement of serotonin, histamin, medium size molecular peptids, placental lactogen and estriol in the serum of blood, microscopy, morphometry and electronic microscopy. In the dissertation the level of serotonin, histamin and medium size molecular peptids was investigated in interrelation with hormones and morphological changes in placenta in pregnant woman with fetoplacental insufficiency, superimposed on anemia and preeclampsia. Correlation between them is revealed for the first time. It was shown, that the biogenic amins and medium size molecular peptids parameters can be used as biochemical markers of fetoplacental insufficiency as well as markers of its therapy effectiveness. For the first time the scientific ground is given to the use of lipin, liposomal preparation, to the treatment at fetoplacental insufficiency superimposed on preeclampsia and anemia in pregnant women. Results of this work are introduced into practice of maternity units and units of a pathology of pregnancy of Donetsk state regional centre for martinity and childcare, urban hospitals 6 and 17 Donetsk, 3 and 6 Makeyevka.
