The thesis is devoted to development of thermistor elements for in-rush current limiting of radioelectronic technigue based on ceramic semiconducting cjmposites of CuxNi1-x-yCo2yMn2-yO4 (0.1<=x<=0.8; 0.1<=y<=0.9-x) spinel group and to investigation of thermocompositional features of their manufacturig. It is shown that the technological features of high-temperature sintering, the level of microstructural inhomogeneity and the thermally activated redistribution of chemical elements in the cationic subsystem of ceramic matrix determine electrophysical properties of the prepared thermistors.The reversible character of the observed low-temperature processes is revealed. The mechanism of these processes is analyzed.
