Essay

Is established that subchronic intoxication of animals by chloridecompounds cadmium, thallium, lead and mercury causes disorders in system of regulation of blood aggregate at an animal state and tissue fibrinolysis with the development of the syndrome of disseminated intravascular blood coagulation. It was proved that subslance ММ-706, which is slade nonallogenic, analogues to prostacycline, decreases index of the spontaneous aggregation of the platelets and the percentage of adgesived platelets that can be explained by the membrane stabilization.
