The dissertation is devoted to points of state of the central and cerebral hemodynamics in young patients with frontier arterial hypertension and essential hypertonicity 1st stage, to ascertainment of prostanoic mechanisms of interconnecxion of the central and cerebral hemodynamics, to elaboration of pathogenically based therapy by beta-adrenergic blockers and antagonists of calcium. Correlational manual connection between the exponents of cerebral and central hemodynamics has been established. The most frequent combinations of hyperkinetic type of circulation of the blood with hypotonic changes of the central and cerebral hemodynamics, eukinetic type of the blood circulation with normotonic, hyperkinetic - with spastic, have been exposed. spastic is made known. The character of changes of pressor (prostaglandins F2a, throumboxane B2) and depressor (prostaglandins E2, 6-keto-prostaglandins F1a) prostanoids has been determined. Antihypertensive therapy by beta-adrenergic blockers and antagonists of calc ium taking into account the state of cardiocerebral hemodynamics and the system of prostanoids has been pathogenically grounded.
