Subject of study: b-BaB2O4, Li2B4O7, Ca3(VO4)2 and GaP singel crystals. Aim of study: investigation of the optical-spectral parameters by strong laser irradiation influence. Methods: spectroscopy, ellipsometry. Theoretical and practical results, newess: The laser irradiation thresholds and laser resistances of the investigated objects were estimated. Ellipsometrical diagnostics of the crystal surfaces purity were elaborated. The many-pulsed laser destruction model was allowed. Inclucation: the results are used at the Ivan Franko Lviv National University for the spectroscopic investigations of new nonlinear optical materials. Application: nonlinear optics, laser physics
