Essay

In the dissertation the issues of protection of the violated property and other rights of the victim on the initiative of the court in the criminal justice of Ukraine is discussed. A considerable attention is paid to the analysis of the legal nature and procedural grounds of the compensation of the damages caused by the crime on the initiative of the court in the criminal justice of Ukraine. The author is giving recommendations to the improvements of the legislation and courts' practice in terms of the compensation of the caused damage on the initiative of the court in the criminal procedure of Ukraine.
