Тhe manuscript is devoted to the problem of early diagnosis of placental insufficiency. The ultrasound and morphological monitoring of the chorion and embrion development had been provided. The necessity of morphological analysis of chorion and placental biopsy in women with the usual incompetent pregnancy and placental insufficiency was confirmed. There proposed the ultrasound and morphological criteria for early diagnosis of placental insufficiency. High precision and sensitivity of the proposed criteria was calculated and confirmed. Therefore the attention to the prognostically unfavorable outcomes has been attracted.
