The dissertation deals with the research of integrational processes in the Black Sea region under the formation and activities of Black Sea Economic Cooperation (BSEC) organization; reasons, problems and main components of the Black Sea states integration are analyzed. In the thesis, the historical and current specific features of the Black Sea regional cooperation are demonstrated; the role of Ukraine and Turkey in the development of integrational processes in the Black Sea region is researched, the ideas on using the experience are given.
