Research Object: rat males, kidneys, water-electrolytic metabolism. Research Aim: to study general appropriateness of toxic nephropathies development caused by heavy metals and to ground their pathogenetically abvisable therapy. Research Methods: pathophysiological, toxicological, biochemical, histological. Theoretical results and innovation: it is established general appropriateness of nephric damage in toxic nephropathy, which consist in primary injury of proximal tubules, following activation of renin-angiotensin system, spasm of kidney vessels and secondary ischemic injury of cortical substance with activation of peroxide oxidation of lipids. Practical results and their innovation: it is elaborated new methods of diagnostic of enomelanin use for treatment. Object and inculcation degree: degree of effectiveness is rise of scientific investigation level. Inculcation Sphere: pathophysiology, nephrology, urology and toxicology
