Essay

The object of study were children in the age of 3 - 14 years. There were 169 children with acute hepatitis A or B and 36 healthy children among them. The aim of study was improving of early diagnostics and prediction of viral hepatitis. The methods of research were clinical, biochemical, immunological methods, ultrasound examination and cardiointervalography and study of skin electroconductivity. The clinical and prognostic significance of indices of cardiointervalography and skin electroconductivity were determined. The result of research is the development of diagnostic and predictive algorithms and diagnostic software. The results of research are introduced into practice of health service. Application: paediatrics.
