Essay

The work is dedicated to cesarean section purulent and inflammatory complication. On the basis of clinical and laboratory research of 122 high risk confined women it has been established endogenic intoxication and immunosuppresion in postoperative period. Maximal homeostasis disturb according to clinical and laboratory data was on the 2 day of the puerperium. Additionally application of "Karbovit" enterosorbent and local laser irradiation in complex prophylaxis in postoperative period leads to feeling improvement, significant reduction of intoxication, normalization of immune system functional state, effective prophylaxis of purulent and inflammatory complication. The proposed prophylactic program is safe for women and has no complications.
