A comparative study of the neorological symptoms indices of the oxidant and glutathione systems of the blood, depending on the degree of progressing of the cerebral circulationn impairement and the cause of the diseases has been perfomed.We have investigated the effect of triotriazolin on the state of free radical lipid oxidation and the activity of the blood glutathione system in patients with dyscirculatory encephalopathy of the second degree and during the rehabilitation period of ischemic stroke on the basis of an experimental study of the remedy influence upon the state of erythrooooocyte membranes and the speed of ascorbate-dependent endogenic lipids peroxidation.A comparative analysis of the obtained indices has been caried out.
