2. Object of a research: the agro-industrial complex as a whole and its separate enterprises, corporation, company, associations, concerns, firms and organs of state management. The purpose of the research: development of theoretical bases and practical recommendations for creation and effective use of a system of organizational, economic and legal forms and methods to overcome destabilization processes in foreign trade activities of the agro-industrial complex. Methods of research: monographic, scientific abstraction, indexing, grouping, graphic and other methods of domestic and international statistics. Theoretical and practical results: the author has investigated theoretical aspects of the formation of the mechanism of overcoming destabilization processes in foreign trade activities of the agro-industrial complex and justified practical recommendations to improve this mechanism with allowance for requirements of the present condition of agro-industrial economy and international experience. Novelty of introduction: for the first time formation of the mechanism of overcoming destabilization processes in foreign economic activities of the agro-industrial complex was comprehensively specified and brought closer to international requirements. Conceptual approaches to maintenance of stable export of goods, economies of export resources with the help of regulations of the exchange rate were also justified. Degree of introduction: the results of the research have been used in time development of draft Laws of Ukraine "On the single customs tariff", "On termination of the in agro-industrial production in 1997-1998" and five other draft documents. Area of application: ministries and departments engaged in reforming external economic activities of the agro-industrial complex, educational programs of economic faculties and high schools.
