Dissertation is devoted to basing of approaches to choice of medically-rehabilitation complex attached to gestation pyelonephritis on action base of various variants of reflexly-punctural physiotherapy (RPP) (laseropunctura; laser influence on kidneys projection allotment; combined influence, which breaks down under combination of transcutanic laser blood irradiation and irradiation of kidneys projections allotment). It"s expressed typical peculiarities of beginnings and decursus of gestation pyelonephritis. It"s got new data about state of immune system for pregnant women with gestation pyelonephritis, the most informative indexes of its diagnostics are expressed. It"s shown, that use in complex cure pregnant with pyelonephritis, RPP contributes to the fastest regression of disease symptoms, shortens of the cure dates, contributes to considerable normalization of immune status. It"s set, that from offered cure methods the most effective is influencе of infra-red laser on points of acupuncture.
