Illoje Z. Surgical treatment and stage by stage rehabilitation of reproductive aged women with prolapse of internal genitals

With the purpose of improving operative methods, preventive rehabilitation measures directed on restoring of genital and sex violations of the reproductive aged women after operations concerning prolapse of internal genitals. With the aid of clinical, laboratory, immunological, instrumental (heatvision, rheography) researches 105 women are updated some pathogeny aspects of internal genitalia prolapsus, the new method of bracing of uteri stump is offered, and also complex stage by stage scheme with use of nonmedicamental treatment methods (endovaginal vibromassage, local transabdominal decompression, magnetotherapy, laserotherapy, hypothermia, medical gymnastics), that has allowed to increase efficiency of treatment up to 92,3%. The method is introduced into practice in gynecological departments of Kharkov.
