Kosinov S. Theoretical problems of consumer rights protection in Ukraine on purchase-selling agreement

The object of the research are the most important problems of the protection of consumers' rights in purchase-sale contracts, specifics of the judicial practice connected with their protection, specific of the protective norms, ets. The purpose of the dissertation is the complex research of the problems of the protection of consumers' rights in purchase-sale contracts and the elaboration of the grounded recommendations for the improvement of the legislation in force. Scientific methods: dialectical, historical, comparative-legal, formal-legal, structural-functional and others. Тheoretical and practical importance of the work is that formulated by author conclusions and proposals can be used in scientific research, law-making and law-enforcement spheres, in the educational process during the preparation of the literature for the courses «Civil law» and «Business law». The scientific novelty of the obtained results is that in our national legal science the dissertation is one of the first complex theoret ical researches of actual problems of the legal securing of the protection of consumers' rights in purchase-sale contracts during the period of the transition to the market relations. Special attention is paid to guarantees of the protection of subjective rights of consumers and measures by means of rohich the protection is carried out. The main theoretical provisions and conclusions of the dissertation were used in scientific publications and educational process.
