In the subject thesis there has been analysed the changing of the Ukrainian sanatoria-dispensaries state and activities in new social-economical conditions.The numerous aspects of their prophylactic amd medical work have been considered, the recommendations to their optimization have been given.There have been learnt the questions of differential periods for sanitation and recovery medical treatment. There have been determined: sanitation period - 14 days, medical-prophylactic - 18 days, medical-rehabilitation period - 21-24 days.According to a profession, work conditions and character of the spread pathology the administration of the sanatorium-dispensary can change them to some extent in every concrete sanatorium-dispensary.
