Shyrokov V. Information theory and systemotechnical framework of the computational lexicography

Theoretical and systemotechnical framework of the computer lexicography are developed. On the base of the phenomenology of the lexicographical effect developed by the author the theory of special type information systems, namely lexicographical systems, and lexicographical data model, is designed. The conceptual model of the natural language lexicographical systems and the structure theory of the lexicographical systems are built. They are illustrated mith the number of examples from the Ukrainian language lexicography. The full system of the algorythms for constructing of the lexicographical structures of the Ukrainian Language Dictionary is built. The information-lexicographical theory of the semantic states in Ukrainian Language and the scheme for applying the lexicographical structures of the Ukrainian Language Dictionary for the semantical analysis of the Ukrainian texts are developed. The generalization of the notion of the linguistic variable and the linguistic system are proposed. The systemotechnical framework of the computer technology for the creation of the new-generation information-lexicographical products is desighned as the integrative system which includes digital library, automatized dictionary carthoteca and technological system. The systemotechnics for the Ukrainian national computational lexicographical system is substantiated.
