Yushchuk S. Structure and properties of ferrite films and ferrites for funtional devices

The thesis deals with obtaining and investigation of ferrite films and ferrites which are used for the equipment of hyperfrequency (HF) electronics and sensor devices. The technologies of growing epitaxial yttrium-iron garnet films and hot pressing of the lithium-titanium ferrite have been developed. These technologies were introducted into production. The ferro-garnet 120 mkm - thick films, films with the 1000-1200 Gs, 1900-2100 Gs magnetization and higher temperature stability have been grown. Many-functional sensors on the basis of semiconductor-ferrite sructures, technological equipment and measuring devices have been developed. The film-ferrite resonators have been introducted into HF devices.
