3. Об'єкт дослідження - path of improvement of the legal mechanism of regulation of the public relations in sphere of the intellectual property in Ukraine. Мета дослідження - is, that on the basis of the analysis of a history of creation of the intellectual property, its becoming and tendencies of development should to reveal the certain objective legitimacies of process of creation of an effective system of legal regulation of the public relations in sphere intellectual, creative activities in conditions of Ukraine. Методи дослідження та апаратура - scientific methods and principles the inherent theories of the right, civil law, international private law; system, compare-legal method and method of the historical analysis. Теоретичні результати і но-визна - the proofs about expediency of the unit of all results of intellectual activity on three groups are indicated; The legal methods of protection of the copyright should be strengthened and are widespread on all objects of the right of the intellectua l property; the stated theoretical rules can serve as source scientific base for further learning in sphere of a right protection of the intellectual property. Предмет і ступінь впровадження - the offers, stated in it, can be: a) are used for improvement of the current legislation of Ukraine about the intellectual property and, first of all, Laws of Ukraine "About protection of the rights on the inventions and useful models", "About protection of the rights on industrial samples", "About the copyright and adjacent rights"; b) are taken into account for want of to final completion of the project of the Civil code of Ukraine; c) useful for want of to preparation of the textbooks and study-methodical allowances on civil law and spesial course under the right of the intellectual property, and also are used directly in educational process; d) are taken into account for want of improvement of practice of application of the current legislation of Ukraine about the intellectual property. Ефективність впроваджен-ня - the methodical recommendations were taken into account for want of to development of the project of the Civil code of Ukraine, are introduced into educational process of a rate of civil Law and are used in the judiciary law. Ефективність впрова-дження - the methodical recommendations have received positive valuation on the part of Ministry of the justice of Ukraine.
