Dissertation is devoted to the investigations of complex methods of treatment of patients who suffered from acute and chronic pancreatitis and who were operated on. Practical methods aimed for the correction of the deteriorations of the free amino acids level in patients suffered from pancreatitis were worked out and implemented into practice. Those methods were based on the usage of the "Infezol-40" solution.
