Markers of hereditary pre disposition for rhesusconflict's realization in mothers as well as in matrimonial couples were established. Rhesus-conflict prenapregnancy is accompanied by changes in population, subpopulation content, functional activity of immunocompetent cells, by intensification of proсesses of lipid's peroxidation in all links of system mother-placenta-fetus. Diagnostic and prognostic criteria of its severe forms were established. Medicinal-prophylactic measures for improvement of perinatal results were grounded and worked out.
