The thesis is devoted to physical basements development of the bodies out-flowing process inside the pipes with appropriate form of cross-sectional area. There was done a description in the work of the universal theoretical method for common problem solution for reduction of 3D problem to continius solution of three 1D-local problems. In the work firstly in the theoretic way there were received results pointing at the appearing, development and next stable existence of complex vortex area before frontal surface of out-flowing body. There was done complex time-dimentional analysis of the main integral and local hydromechanics parameters of the out-flowing body and confined flow.
