Sazonets' I. Organizational-economic mechanizm of stock corporations functioning

The object of investigation is joint stock companies, that operate in industrial sphere of Ukraine. Some aspects of their functioning are considered on the example of joint stocks in Dniepropetrovsk and Donetzk regions. Methods of investigation and apparatus are general scientific and economics analysis, synthesis, selective monitoring and sociological polling. Theoretical and practical results enrich the theory of enterprise management. Theoretical statements are given on the level of certain practical propositions and recommendations, which are introduced on industrial plants, functioning as open and closed joint stock ventures. Scientific novelty is in complex investigation of the problem of adopting of organizational and economic mechanism for joint stock ventures functioning. The main elements of this mechanism are the methods of adopting of managerial and technological servecies of enterprises to innovations in existing Ukrainian economy, financial mechanism of investments attraction, organizati onal structures of joint stock ventures management, methods of state property transformation into stock ownership. The degree of implementation - the main results have been introduced into SC "Konstantinovsky metallurgical plant" and the Representation of the Fund of State Property of Ukraine in Dniepropetrovsk. The economic effect is 233184 hrn. The results of the study are 47 scientific works, 167.2 c.pr.sh. In total of which 60.2 c.pr.sh. belong to the author. The sphere of application - the industrial enterprises of mechanical engeneering and metallurgy.
