Essay

New direction in intensive care was developed. It is based on studying of pathogenetic mechanism of pregnansy-induced arterial hypertension unites different patogenic versions of arterial hypertension: low-renin, norm-renin and high-renin. It was proposed to use complex of clinical and laboratory studies, which allows differentiating the version of arterial hypertension in pregnants. The program of intensive care in consideration of pathogenic version of arterial hypertension was developed. . It was based on using preformed physical factors and enterosorbtion method.
